now and for some time past standing emptij and untenanted and of two messuages or Tenements, scitu¬ te in Nicholas lane near Lombard Street, one of them in the occupation of John Prosser at the yearly Rem of Fortij pounds, and the other of them in the occupation of Thomas Watson at the IJearly Rent of Twenty seven pounds, and of a messuage or Tenement scituate in Bishopsgate street in the occupation of Edward George at the ijearlij Rent of Fortij two pounds and of a messua or Tenement scituate in philpot Lanenear Castchea„ in the occupation of John Ball at the ijearly Rent of Thirtij pounds and of a messuage or Tenement in Castcheap aforesaid, in the occupation of Edward Welle at the yearlij Rent of Twentij five Pounds and of two messuages or Tenements, ( now converte ditto and use d as one House) now or late in the occupation of the widow of John Ewen at the yearly Rent of Fortij five pounds, and all the S:d Estates have lately been by the said William Isaac Kops and James Mathias the act in Executors and Trustees named in the aforesaid will the said Francis Craiesteijn publicklij put up to sale by way of auction to the best Binder and the same Estates have accordinglij been sold to diverse persons for sundry Sumes of money (that is to say) the said mille and lands in the aforesaid parishes of Enfield and Edmonton have been sold to Edward Nass of Mitcham in the Courtij of Surrij Mealman, for the price or sume of three thousand two hundred and seventij pounds The said Messuage or Tenement in Laurence pourtneij Lane hath been sold to Charles Rogers of London Esquire for the price or sume of Four hundred and fiftij pounds The said two Messuages or Tenements in Nicolas Lane have been sold to Adwal¬ Hauwkins of Goodmans Tields in the Connty of Madleso, Carpenter, for the price or sume of seven hundred and ten pounds, The said Messuage or Tenement in Bishops gate street hath been sold to the before named Edward George, for the price or sume of five hundred and ten pounds The said Messuage or Tenement in Philippo Lane to gether with te said Messuages or Tenements in Easteheap, have been sold to Henrij Uthoff of Lon¬ don Esquire for the price or sume of one thousand two hundred and thirtij pounds and the Conveyances of all the said Estates, have been dulij prepared to the respective purchasors there of, or their nominees and are now roadij for Excution; And whereas all the aforesaid Estates late of the said Testator Francis Craiesteijn, being so vested in the said John Edward S William Isaac Kops and James Mathias and their heirs, by vertue of the said Will of the Said Francis Craiesteijn as aforesaid, it is thought necessary that he the said John Eduards should join with the said William Isaac Kops and James Mathias the aforesaid Acting Executors and Prustees in conveijing the afore¬ said several Estates to the respective surchasors there of, and there fore the said John Eduards hath been and is made a pactij to all the aforesaid intended Deeds of Conveijance, but the purchase moneij for the said respective Estates is to be paid, to the said William Isaac Kops and James Mathias onlij New this Indenture Witnesseth, that the said Cornelia Craiesteijn widow of Jacob van der Graas Matthijs Hoofman van Diepenbroek and Mary his Wite, and Al„ bertus Hodshon and Catherine his wife, do here bij seve„ rally make it their request to the said John Eduards that he the said John Eduards shall and will join with the said William Isaac Kops and James Mathias in convening the aforesaid several Estates late of the said Francis Craiesteijn to the several and respective purchaser there of here in before name, or their nominees and that he the said John Edwards shall and will execute such Deeds of Conveyance as have been or shall be prepared, or though requisite and necessarij for the purposes aforesaid, and the said
