promise and disgree to and with the said John Edward
his Executors and Administators bij these presents
tha theij the said Cornelia Craiesteijn widow of Iac
van der Graas Matthijs Hoopman van Diepenbroeke
Albertus Hodshon their hoirs Executors and Admini¬
strators, or some of them, shall and will from time to
time and at all times here after well and sufficientlij
save harmless and keep indeminfied the said John
Edwards, his Executors and Administrateors of from and
against all actions Suits Costs Charges Damages and
Expences, whatsoever which he, they or any of them
shall or maij suffer sustain or be put unto, for, or on
accomnt of his the said John Eduards's Joining with
the said William Isaac Kops and James Mathias in
conveijing the aforesaid several Estates late of the
said Testator Francis Craiesteijn to the said respective
purchasors there of, or their nominees as aforesaid
