Codicill laeste, ende uijtterste wille, Begerende dat
t'selve sall hebben ende sorteren sijn volcomen effect,
t'sij als Testament, Codicill, Gifte onder den
levenden, ofte uijt saecke des doots; all waren alle
nodige solemniteynen nae rechten vereyschende hier inne niet
geobserveert. Aldus gedaen ende gepasseert
binnen utrecht, ten huijse mijns vloteus, te present staende
Romerborcher straet, ier presentie, van
Lambert van Bont Procureur ende mede vlots
S' hooffs van utrecht, mitsgaders Rohier Camerbeeck
borger der Stadt utrecht als getuygen hier
toe speciaelick versocht ende gebeden, die dese neffens
den Comparant ende mij Vlots. onderteeckent hebben opden
thienden Januarij @vic. twee ende veertich des
oorde noens tusschen drie ende vier uren approbevende
de merginale bijvoeginge, bestaen in dese woorden
in sulcken gevalle.
