appoint & Constitute, the said Mr.
John worster of London Mercht: to
receive from Anij other Person or per
sons Anij such sum or sums & merche
dizes appertaining to me, as I to mij
said Commissioner bij letters shall
give to understand and also to receive
from their Heirs, Executors, goods
Wm hattles & estate & from all other pa
sons from whom it shall or maij Concl
upon recoveries & receipts, to give on
or more Acquittances, or other sufficient
charges in due form off Law, but in Cab
of their refusall or Delaij to make just
& true payment & satisfaction, to Comp¬
him or them thereunto bij all Law full
waijs & means, also if need be to Appear be
all Lords, Judges, & Justices in Anij Court
or Court's, there to ansiver, defend &
replij in all matteres & Causes touch
the premisses, to do, saij, purge, im pre
seize, se quester, attack, Staison, & to Con¬
denin & to deliver out of Prison again
also to Compounds Conclude & Agree bij
Arbitration or otherwise as mine the
said Commissioner shall thinck sit, &
generallij in & Concerning the premisses to
do per form & execute all & whatsoever
shall be requisite, & necessarij as fullij.

structions, & Purposes, as I the said Con„
stituant might or Could do if perso=
nallij present, & that altho the cause —
shall require more Ampte or speciall
power than is here in before Particular„

conform, & hold for Good & vallid all & whatsoever
Soever mij said proxij or his substitutes shall
