1. Mixed committees are not appointed, but separate committees of men
and of women are appointed on appropriate subjects, to cooperate in their
action as may appear to be desirable. In the present case the two committees
have agreed to act together, and have joined in a Preliminary Address, briefsy
settins forth the object of the proposed Congresses.
2- The objects and organination of the Worlds Congress Auxiliary are
set forth in an accompangins document.
