meende dat de vertooning van
den monsterrol, die volgens Acts
398 van het Wetboek van Hoop
handel volkomen bewijs in regten
oplevert, de bij de Bill gevoederde
overlegging van een door den
Consuclairen Agent gewaarmerkt
afschrift van het contraet tusschen
den schipper en de scheepst gezellen
zou kunnen vervangen.
