Lunenburg Zal moeten begeven op voorschreeve conditie; Zullende
eindelijk in gevalle geene der bij deeze Procuratie benoemde Vier
Perzoonen zich in Leven, in de Colonie, of in eenige andere Ongelegen„
„heid te eenigen tijde mogten bevinden, als dan de fungeerende Ad„
ministrateurs van des Comparants andere Plantagie genaamt
Klans- last in derselver plaatsen subintreeren.-.
Gepasseerd binnen Amsteldam in præsentie van Johannes
Bernardus Westerwoudt en Rutgerus Wallen, als getuygen
onderstond uytgegeven, voor de tweede Grosse en getekent
Ioan:s Arn=s Lette. Notaris
Coll:
Accordeert met des zelfs Tweede Grosse aan
mij geexhibeert door den Wel Edele Achtb.

John Fucker, Mariner and Commander of the good
American Pnowor Vessel called the Essex, Solomon
Stanwoord, Mate and Dario Aanwoord seaman
en board the said Pnow, make oath and say,
that they sailed in and with the said Snowor
Vessel from Amsterdam the twenty Seventh
day of July last past, laden with hundry
Merchandire bound te Surinam, that on
the sixth day of August following the
Sand: Lnow was Captured and taken posses
sion of by his Britannie Majestys rere=
= nue outer Called the Hunter Thomas
Richer, Esq: Commander, and sent into
Garmouth where the deponent John
sucker entered and extended his protest
before
Watson Notary Publicq; and
these Deponents further say that the said snow
was afterwards ordered to London, and on the
Second day of the present Month of Septembre
her Harohes were opened and her Cargo began
te be unladen bij order d the Honcurable
Commissioners for the sale and disposat
of Durch Property in England, and on or
aboos
