On August 19, 1714, there were 112 sailors in Banda, distributed as follows:
- 60 at the wharf
- 9 on the chaloup Verlo
- 10 in Neira
- 7 on the chaloup Banda
- 8 on the ship Voorn
- 9 on Novo Hollandia
- 6 on the lighter Waterhaelder
- 3 disabled in the hospital
There were also 482 military personnel:
- 1 Captain in Nassau
- 1 Lieutenant at Belgica
- 4 flag bearers: 2 in Nassau, 1 at Lonthor, 1 at Pulau Ai
- 18 sergeants: 9 in Nassau, 2 at Belgica, 2 at Lonthor, 2 at Pulau Ai, 1 at Waijer, 1 at Rosingam, 1 at Arou
- 44 corporals distributed as follows: 12 in Nassau, 2 at Belgica, 1 at Voorzigtigheid, 1 at Celamme, 7 at Lonthor (including 2 at Half Moon, 2 at Castle Hollandia, 1 at Redoubt Lakoi), and 2 forest guard assistants
