Op Huijden den 2e„ Januarij 1692 Compareerde voor mij David Stafmaker Varlet, Openbaar Notaris, bij den Flove van Holland geadmitteerd 't Amsterdam Resileerende, Pr. Jasparus No. 218 Fo. 171 4 voor alse heeren scheepenen com missarissen ende andere rechteren inde goeden momen 2 Januarij 1692 Sr„ Jasparus Six Brouwer inde weereld alhier ter stelle, mij Notaris bekend, dewelke verclaarde mits desen te volmagtigen Sr„ Barend Poeraat, omme soodanige saken, en Troces, als hij genootsaakt is te moeten voeren, tegens Jacobus van de Capelle waarte nemen, bevorderen, ende uijt te voeren sententie te versoeken, en ter Excentie te leggen, Eie voorts daar omtrent In Comnibusadlites te doen, wat vereijscht word, met gelofte van Ratificatie onder verband als naar regten. Alles opregt gedaan binnen Amsterdam, ter presentie van Joannis van Bronkhorst, en Coenraad Hillensberg, als getuijgen hier over gestaan Jasparus Six V: Bronkhors .
