Door mij, Voorzitter der Arrondissements-Rechtbank te
Amsterdam, is dit Register, bestemd tot het inschrijven van
Akten van Geboorten in de gemeente Amsterdam,
gedurende het jaar negentienhonderd twaalf en inhoudende in
het geheel honderd bladen, op de eerste en laatste bladzijde
gekantteekend en voorts op al de bladen gewaarmerkt.
