1270 Know all men by these presents tha I Maximiliaan Broes of Amsterdam Gentleman do make Constitute and appoint mess marten Kuijck van Mierop and Benjamin Hopkins of London Merchants jointlij or separately mij true and lawfull attorneys formet mijname and on mij behalfto Contrac for accept and receive all such Intrest or share in the Capital or Joint stock of Three percent annuities Exected by an act of parliament of the Twensy Fifth year of the reign his majesty king george the second intitled an act for Converting the several annuities therein men tioned into several Jomt stocks of annuities Transferrable at the Bank of England to becharged on the sinking fund which might or shall hereafter be transferred to me and t receive and give receipts for all devidents now due and that here after shall grow due and poyable on any mij said annuities for the teme being ratifying and Confirmend all that mi said attorneys or either or them shall do thereen by virtue here In witness whereof I hare here unto sett mij hand and seal in Amsterdam aforesaid the 2e. day of November Ao. dni 1761 Franes and Sealed Moreom Saanbrelt in the presence of us R D: Vanden Brink A.
