On Saturday, 31 October Johnny F. A. Kooderings Clemens wrote

Frederik Wilhelmus Clemens was my uncle. He died on 8 September 1943 in Berlin while performing labor for the Germans. After the war, his remains were returned to Holland, and he was buried in the Loenen War Cemetery. My uncle's correct name is Frederik Wilhelmus Kooderings Clemens, however, the Kooderings part was dropped from the family name in the late 1930s - early 1940s, and was reinstated as part of the family name in 1954 via a KB issued by then Queen Juliana.
