Ze legateert: 1) een boerderij met opstallen en land aan de noordzijde van het Benedeneind te Benschop aan haar zoon Gijsbert Overbeek tegen inbreng van 22.000 gulden in haar nalatenschap; 2) een boerderij met opstallen en land op Zuid-Zevender onder Willige Langerak aan haar dochter Pietronella Overbeek tegen inbreng van 20.000 gulden in haar nalatenschap, en haar gehele inboedel tegen inbreng van 5000 gulden in haar nalatenschap; 3) een boerderij met opstallen en land op Cabauw onder Willige Langerak aan haar zoon Johannes Overbeek tegen inbreng van 26.000 gulden in haar nalatenschap; 4) een boerderij met opstallen en land aan het Benedeneinde onder Lopik aan haar dochter Maria Overbeek, gehuwd met Pieter Boef, tegen inbreng van 15.000 gulden in haar nalatenschap, en 5) een perceel land aan de zuidzijde van het Benedeneind te Benschop aan haar dochter Anna Maria Overbeek, gehuwd met Willem Frederik Boef, tegen inbreng van 6000 gulden in haar nalatenschap. Ze bepaalt, dat 2000 gulden moet worden besteed aan haar uitvaart en het lezen van zielenmissen en ze benoemt haar zoon Johannes Overbeek tot executeur-testamentair."
