1. Select "Change file" in the main menu.
2. If no family screen is open, open it with F6. Search for the desired proband with the Z command. Press Ctrl + A with the cursor on the proband.
3. Choose "Parents" (or other offspring option) on the Split-Off menu.
4. Enter the name for the output file (with the extension .ged)
5. Press Escape to start the export.
6. Note: Answering the question "Remove division from the file?" with no!
