Every record has a permanent link. That link keeps working, even after years. You find it on the record page under Web address. The link looks like this:

The first part is the code of the archive. The second part is the number of the record at that archive.
Under Source citation you find everything you need: archive, source type, place, inventory number and record number. Copy these details into your family tree. Add the Open Archives link. Then you easily find the record again later.
With the button Share this page you send the link to a relative or post it on social media. With a Plus subscription you can also download the record as a PDF. The source citation is already included in it.
