Is there a miller in your family tree? And do you know in which mill he worked? Then you can link that miller to the mill. For this, Genealogy Online works together with the association De Hollandsche Molen and their website Allemolens.nl.
Every mill in the Netherlands has a unique number: the Ten Bruggencate number. It consists of five digits, sometimes with a letter after it. You can find the number on allemolens.nl.
Genealogy Online recognises the number. A link to the mill on Allemolens.nl appears on the page of the miller. There the visitor finds photos and the history of the mill.
In Publication management, under Millers, you will find all persons in your publication with a miller's occupation. There you can also see who already has a number. All linked millers of all publications are listed on the Mill references page.
