One of the quality characteristics of an archive is that it is organized! The Archivaris family offers you the possibility to organize the photos / scans by keywords. As a family archivist or participant, you can assign keywords to a photo / scan that describe the piece well. For example, you can include the
origin as a keyword for a photo ("photo album oma koeman"), the
location ("market"), the
period ("wo2"), the
people ("annie de groot", "jaap langhuis"),
type ("school photo", "diploma"), etc.
After assigning the catchwords you can view all photos / scans with a certain catchword, or catchwords (max. 2).
Via the
Key word overview you get an overview of all key words with the size indicating how often they have been assigned (this is also known as a
tag cloud ).
