Question/answer » Who can see the content of the family archive?

The family archive at Family Archivist is a private digital space. The manager of the family archive, the family archivist, has sole influence over who has access to the family archive. The family archivist can invite family members who receive a personal password by e-mail. The family archivist can also deny access for participants.

Search engines like Google do not have access to the private part!

The family archivist can create news items and indicate that they are public (this is not the standard setting). Public news items are accessible to everyone and are displayed from the home page of the family archive. Non-public news items (and responses) are only visible after logging in to the family archive.
