Partij 1.1 bekende dat sijn brueder 2.1 tegens hem gedeelt is op goeden A. t/m C., dair 2.1 jairlicx uutreijcken sal moeten den helft van: 2 zester en 10 lop rogs oudts commer; 18 lop rogs die Adriaen en Godert Geryt Adriaen Thijszonen heffen; 1 zester rogs ter quijtinge met 50 rijnsgld dwelc de voirs Gheryt Adriaen Thijsz heft; 3 rijnsgld ter loss den penn 16, die Marie Vlijcken? heft, dwelc de voirs 1.1 en 2.1 geheel tot honnen last genomen hebben, sonder dat voirs Adriaen en Godert honnen brueders dair inne gehouden zijn. Voort is gecomen Gheryt Adriaen Mathijsz en bekende dat 1.1 en 2.1, sijn sonen, tegens hem gedeelt zijn op alsulcke helftsceijdinge als hen aengedeelt was van de stede die hij en zijn huysfrou besittende waren, en dat hij geen recht meer heeft aen de goeden A. t/m C., behoudelic dat hij zijn woon heeft in de camer van den huyse voirs, en oic de voirs Adriaen en Godert Geryt Adriaen Thijszonen tot de tijt toe zij gehelijct sullen zijn. Ook verwijzing naar een scepenenbrieve van 5 mei lestleden ( R763, fol 084v/085v )
