that I Agneta Pauw otherwise Hoeufft ott
sijlvius Ladij Dowager of Heemstede, Middig
Executrix of the Right honourable Benjani
Born Hoeuft, Lord of Heemstede late of t
Citij of Haarlem deceased, have made ordain
constitutie and appointed and bij these pre¬
do make, ordain, constitute and appoint
Gerard van Neck and Josua van Neck of Lon
Merchands, to be mij true and Lawfull Attor
geving and herebij granding unto mij said A
neijs Jointlij and seperatelij forme and in my
as Executrix aforesaid, to sell, assign and trans¬
to anij person or persons four thousand & six
pounds stock, (being all the stock standing in
name and belonging to the Estate of mij said
Husband deceased) of and in the Joint Stock
mouth sea Annuities, and to make all proper as
„ments or transferj necessarij for the same, and
que receipts for the consideration money thereon
further for me and in mij name as Executrix
said to demand and receive all the Intrest
dividents now due in the said stock, and to give
full acquitances and discharges for the same
and further to do all Lawfull acts requilite
effecting of the premisses.
Ratifijing and herebij confirming all and to
ver mij said Attorneijs Jointly or seperatelis
do or Lawfullij cause to be done in the present
bij virtue of these presents.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett mij hand
and seal at Haarlem the 7=e day of Julij in the
Jaar of our Lord 1747. New stile.
