otherwise Sijlvius, Ladij Dowager of Heem
Widow and Executrix of the Ringht honour a
Benjamin Pauw, Born Hoeufft, Lord off
Heemstede, late of the Citij of Haarlem
deceased, have made ordained, constitut
and appointed, and bij these presents
make ordain, constitute and appoint
Gerard van Neck and Josua van Neck
London Merchants, to be mij true and
full Attorneijs, giveing and herebij grand
unto mij said Attorneys Jointlij and Seperd
for me and in mij name at Executrix afo
to sell assign and transfer to anij person
persons Twe thousand Pounds stock being
the stock standing in the name and belom
to the Estate of mij said Husband deceased)
the stock of and in the new Joint stock of
Southsee Annuities: and to make all pro¬
adsignements or pantsfers necessary for
same, and to give receipts for the Consid

mij name as Executrix aforesaid to demand
