Know all Men bij these presents that
I Sara Maria de Goijer of Haarlem, widow of the
Reverend M:r Jacobus Geelkerke late of Haarlem a
foresaid Clerk, mij husband deceased, have made,
ordained, constituted and appointed, and bij these
presents do make; ordain, constitute and appoijnt
Mr: John Dutrij Cornelisz, of London Merchant
mij true and Lawfull Attorneij, Guring and bij
these presents Granting unto my said Attorney
full power and Authoritij for me and in my
name to accept of all person or persons all
of the
stock of and in the Capital Stock or fund of the
Governor and Company of the Bank of England

as now or hereafter shall ^ be binnuijment to
me, and to demand and receive of and from
whom it Maij concern, all and everij such Interest
or duidents as now are or hereafter shall or
maij grow due, on all the stock aforesaid
untill sale thereof, and of what shal be
received from time to time to give Lawfull
acquittances and discharges; Ratifijing and
herebij confirming all and whatsoever mij
said Attorneij shall Lawfullij do or cause to be done
in the premisses, bij virtue of these presents
