that I Sara Maria de Goijer of Haarlem
widow of the reverend Mr: Jacobus Geelkerke
late of Haarlem aforesaid Clock, mij hut band
deceased, have made, ordained, constituted and
Appoijnted, and bij these presents do make, ordan¬
constitute and Appoijnt, Mr. John Dutrij Cornelis
of London Merchant mij true and Lawfull
Attorney, Giving and bij these presents Granding
unto mij said Attorneij full power and Author
ritij for me and in mij name to accept of all
person or persons
all or any part of the stock of and in
the Joijnt Stock of Southsea Annuitijs, as hon
are or hereafter shall or maij be transferred
to me, and to demand and receive of and from
whom it Maij concern, all and everij such Interest
ordividents as now are or hereafter shall or maij
grow due, on all the stock a foresaid, untill sale
thereof, and of what shall be received from
time to time to give Lawfull acquittances and
discharges: Ratifijing and hereby confirming all
whatsoever my said Attorneij shall Lawfull,
do or cause to be done in the premisses, bij
virtue of these presents.
In witness whereof I have hereunto sett my
hand and seal at Haarlem aforesaid
