thut UE Sara Maria de Goijer of Haarlem
Widow of the reverend Mr: Jacobus Geelkerke
otherwise Geelkerken, late of Haarlem afore
said, Clerk mij husband deceased, And Geertruy
de Haart, otherwise Geelkerke, of herwise Geel¬
kerken of Haarlem aforesaid widow, Executrix
of the Last Will and Testament of the
said reverend Mr: Jacobus Geelkerke other¬
vise Geelkerken mij Father deccased:
have made, ordained, constituted and appoyn¬
ted and bij these presents do make, ordain
Constitute and Appoijnt Mr: John Dutrij Cornelis
of London Merchant, our true and Lawfull
Attorneij, Giving and bij these presents gran¬
ting unto our said Attorneij full power and
authoritij for us and in our names, to sell,
assign, and transfer to such person or persons
and for such price or considerations as our
said Attorney shall thinck fitt, all or Anij
part of the stock of land in the Joijnt:
stock of Southseallmunties, standing in the
name of the said Sara Maria de Goijer, as
nise of the said Jacobus Geelkerke decea„
sed: And thereof to make and pass all
nocellarij translers and assignments, to recei„
„ve the price and moneijs ansing there from,
and to give Lawfull acquittances and discharges
forthesame, And further to demand and
Receive of and from it maijconeeren all and
overij such Interests or dividends as now are or
hereafter shall or may grow due on all the
stock aforesaid untill sale thereof, and of
what shall be received from time to time to
give Lawfull acquitances and discharges.
Ratifijing and herebij confirming all and
whattsoever our said Attorneij shall Lawfull,
lij do or cause to be done in the premisses
bij virtue of these presents.
In witness whereof W.E. have hereunto sett our
hands andse als at Haarlem aforesaid the
seventen duij of februarii Jnthe Jaar of Ourlord
1737. New Stijle.
