„thot W E Sara Maria de Goijer of Haarlem Widow
of the Riverend Mr: Jacobus Geelkerke otherwise
Geelkerken, late of Haarlem aforesaid, Clerk mij
Husband deceased, And Geertruijd de Haart other
„wise Geelkerke, of herwise geelkerken of Haarlem
aforesaid widow, Executrix of the Last Will and
Testament of the said reverend Mr: Jacobus Gees
„kerke otherwise Geelkerken mij Father deceased
Hove made, Ordarmed, Constituten and Appoijnted,
and bij these presents do make, ordain, Constitute
and appoint Mr. John Dutrij Cornelisz of London
Merchant, our true And Lawfull attorney
Gizing and bij these presents Granting unto our
said Attorney, full power and Authoritij for no
and in our names, to sell, assign, and transfer
to such person or persons, and for such price or
considerations, as our said attorneij shall thinke
fitt, all or anij part of the stock of and in
the Capitall stock of the United Company of
Merchands of England Treading to the last
Indias, standing in the name of the said
Sara Maria de Goijer as wife of the said
Jacobus Geelkerke deceased: And thereof to
make and pass all necessarij Transfers and
assignments, to receive the price and money
arising, there from, and to give Lawfull Ac¬
quittances and discharges for the same, And
further to demand and receive of and from
whom it Maij concern, all and everij such Inte¬
rests or devidents, as now are or hereafter shall
orthaij grow due on all the stock aforesaid untile
sale thereof, and of what shall be received
from time to time to give Lawfull acquitan¬
ces and discharges: Ratifijing and herebij confir¬
ming all and whatsoever our said attorney
shall Lawfullij do or cause to be done in the
premisses bij virtue of these presents,
