and Abraham from of London Merchants, mij true
and lawfull attorneijs orattorneij, Jointleij or
seperateleij, for me, in mij name and on mij behalf
to take and accept in mij said name, assignement
or transfer, that have been, or shall be made
to me, at anij time or times, of anij person or per¬
sons, of any schares or intrest what soever, of and
in the Capital or principal stok and fonds of
the Bank of Engeland, and also to receive
and give receipts for all dividends now due
and heere after to be come due and paijable,
for all mij said Bank stocks, now standing
in my name and here after to transsers to me
