Know all men by these presents that I Henry
Samuel Crommelin of this Citty of Haarlem in
Holland merchant, Have Assigned, maid ordained
constitutie and appoint, as by these presents in my
stead and place I doe assigne, make, ordaine.
constitute, depute and appoint Jean fiscacie
mytrustije my Zeving Servant toe be my true and
lawfull atturney, givings and by these presents
grarting, unto my s.d atturney, full power and
lawfull authority, for me and in my name, and
to my use to ask demand, suefor, Leavij, recovel
and receive, of all and every person or persons
whatsoever, dwelling in the kingdom of England
all @ everij, such debts, sums of money, goods, ware,
Effect marchandises, and all other things as now
are due unto me, or which at any time or time
dare or daies, time or times here after shall
be due, being, belonging or appartaining unto
me, by any manner of way or means whatsoever
upon receipts to give acquittances or other
sufficent discharges in due form of Law,
also with any person or persons whatsoever to
reekon, adjust, and even accomps, Compounds
conclude and agree and to make and passe
such agreements and other acts, as shall be
needfull, and the sd my atturney shall think
fit and if need be to appeare before all
Lords, Judges and Justices, in any Court or Court,
there to answer, defend and replij in all
