Know all men by these Presents, that I Eva Catharina
Reynst, wife of the Honourable Sir Johan Thierry, of Haarlem
with the assistance and consent of my said stusband, ten stified &
his signing and Sealing the ses Presents, —
do make, constitute and appoint M.r Edward van Starthals, of
London Merchant, my
for me in my
true and lawfull attorney
selve
name and on my behalf, — to assign and transferr, all
or any part of five hundred Pounds, being all the Interest or
share in the Joint Stock of three percent Annuities, erected by An act
of Parliament of the 25th. year of the Reign of King George II, intitled, Ar
Act for conversing the Severall Annuities therein mentioned, into seven
rall Joint Stocks of Annuities, transferable at the Bank of England, to
be charged on the suiking fund, and by Severall Subsequent Acts, to gether
with the proportconal Annuity of L. 3. percent per annum according the
same, now standing on my name.
And to receive the consideration money and give a receipt or
Receipts for the same
Also to receive and giveReceipts for the Dividends, due and

to grow due thereon, still the Twansferr thereof, and to do all
lawfull Acts, requisite for effecting the Premises, hereby ratifying
and confirming, all that my said Attorney
shall do therein by virtue hereof. In Witness whereof We have
hereunto sett our hands and Seals in Haarlem aforesaid, the
10th. day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand
