Know all men bij these presents that
I: Matthijs Oudekerk, of Haarlem merchant
do make Constitute and appoint Marij Blijdestey
& Isaac Blijdesteijn of London merchants
Jointlij or Separutlij mij true & Lawfull attorneij
or attorneijs for me in mij name and on my
behalf to accept all such translers as are or shal
be made to me of anij Intrest or share in the
principal stock and propostionable part of
the United. Companij of Merchants af England
trading to the cast Indies, and also to
receive and give receipts for all dividends
non due & that maij grow drie, anij may said
cast indies stock for the time being and
to do all lawfull acts requisite for Effecting
the premisses herebij ratifijing and
Confirming all that mij said attorneij on
attorneijs shale do therein, bij virtue
hereof In witness whereof I: Have
