Whereas there are sever hundred Pounds Consolo
dated three percent annuities nowstanding en
the Joint names of Jacob Abenatar David Senael
Aboab and Diego franco Osorio of Amsterdam
sinee the Acceptance of which the said david
Semach Aboab is deceased. Now Know als
men by these presents that we Jacob Abenatar
and Diego franco Osorio as survivors as
afonesaid and in Right of our sunivorship a
make Constitute and Appoint Messrs. Peter Mui¬
man and Richard Muilman Frenck Chiswell
of London merchants Jointly or separately
omr true and Lawfull Attorneys for us en ou
names and on our behalf as sarvivors as
aforesaid to assign and transfer unto an
person or persons whosoever the said seven
hendred pounds being all the Intrest or
share Standing in the Joint names as
Aforesaid of and in tha Capital or Jointflock
of three per Cent Annuities Erected bij an
Act of parliament of the twenty fifth year
of the Reign of hes Majesty king George
the second Insitled an Act for Convertin
the several Annueties thereinmentione
into several Joint stock of Annuities
transfersaale at the Bank of England, and
by an hit of the 28th. the 29th. the 31st. the 32
and the 33d. of George the second. Andettie
first the 6to. the 7th. the 8th. and the 10th.
of George the therd and to receive the Consi¬
deration moneys thereof and in my said
names to give full Acquittances and discher
ges for the same. Ratifijing und Confirmu
all that oursaid Attorneijs or either of the
shall do therein by virtre hereof. In
