do make Constitute and Appoint Messrs. Peter Muilman
and Richard Muilman of London
merchants Jointly or separately
my true and lawfull etttorneys for me in my name and
on my behalf to Contract for, accept and receive all such shares or
stocks in the Capital and Principal stock of the Governour and
Company of the Bank of England, which might or shall here¬
after be transferred to me and to receive and give recipts for all
devidents, now due or that hereafter shall grow due and payable,
for any my Bank stock, for the time being. Ratifying and Con¬
firming all that my said Attornys or either of them
shall do therein by virtue hereof. In wittness whereof I havehereun
to sett my hand and Seal in Amsterdam aforesaid the first
day of July. Ao. Dni. one thousand seven hundred
and sixty five
