Know all men by these presents that I

of the Private man of war Called the King
of Prussia whereof is Commandor Edwvan
Mense, frem london, have made ordained
Constituted and appointed and by these
presents domake ondain Constitute and
Appoint Haron Merry weather of the
Bourough of Southwark London my true
and Lawfull Attorney for me in my name
and on mij behalf to ask demand, suefor
recover and receive of and from the said
Edward Mense, or of and from all other
person or persons whome it might Con¬
eern all such sum and sums of money
as are due unto me for wages, prizemoney
or otherwise, nothing Exccepted or reserved
and to have use and take all lawfull
waysand mears in my name or other
wise for recovery thereof by Attachmient
Arrest distress reentry or otherwiso
and to Compouund and agree for thesame
and acquittances or other sufficient
discharges for the same for me in my
name to make seal and deliver and
to do all other Acts and things what
soever Concerning the premisses, as full
in every respect as I my self mighs
or Could do if personnally present and
attorneys one or more ander him for the
