1857Know all men by these presents, that I Anthonia Stuijghens
widow Nicolaas Calkoen, of Amsterdam
do make Constitute and appoint Mr. Thimoty Nucella op
London merchant and Mrs. Mary Bolwerk of
London spinster, Jointly or separately
my true and lawfull Attorneys for me in my name and
on mij behalf, to assign and transfer unto any Person or Persons
whosoever seven hundred Pounds of mu
share or stock in the Principal stock and fund of the United Com¬
pany of Merchants of England trading to the East Indies, and
also to receive the Consideration moneys thereof, and in mo
said name to give full acquitance and discharge for the same¬
Ratifying and Confirming all that my said Attorneys or either
of them shall do therein by virtue hereof. In witness
whereof, I have hereunto sett my hand and seal in Amsterdam
aforesaid the thirty first day of October
