Know all men by these presents that I Margareta Wes¬
sels Widow ohannes van der Plas of Amsterdam, do make¬
Constitute and appoint Messr. Henrij Peterand Richard
Muilman of London Merchants, jointlij or separateli
my true and lawfull Attorneys for me in my name and
on mi behalf to Contract for accept and receive all such
intrestor share in the Jointstock ofreduced Annuities
at three pounds percent per annum trected by an act of
parliament of the twentij fifth year of the reign of
King George the second ( intilled an act tor Convertint
the severall Annuities thereinmentioned into seve
zal soit stocks of Annuities transferrable at the
bank of England to be shargedon he sinking fund
which might orshall hereafter be transferred to
me andto receive and give receipts for alldividents
now due and that hereafter shall grow due and payabl
on any mij said Annuities for the time being. Rati

ther of them shall do therein bij virtuehereof In witness
