of Amsterdam Merchant I Daniel van den Brink
notar, publick duceli Sworne andmitted bi the
Court of Holland resideing in the said Amsterdam
exhibited the originall of exchange whoere of
Coppy onthe otteride is written to Messrs. Jan
& Theod. van Marselis of this said Citij uke¬
wise Merchants
and de manding acceptance there of theij answered
that theij shall not accept the said bill
for reasons which theij shall write to
the drawer
Whereupon Ithe said notarys at the request af oves
have protested agaist the drawer ofthe saidbild
and all ottier Concerned forerchangeand recharg
and all Costs damagestand Interests sufferd
and to besuffered formant of acceptance
of the said bill of Exchange, Thus done and protes¬
ted in the said Amsterdam in the presence of
