Know all men by these presents that on thisthe
22e. day of septemb Ao. Dni. One thousand seven hun
dred and sixty beforeme Daniel van den Brink
Notary Publick Sworne and admitted bi the
Court of Holland resideingen Amsterdam and
in the presente of the witnesses hereafter nam
personnally appeared Mr. Diderik
Grommee dwelling with in this City
wel known to me said Notari being of soundming
and memory who Considering the frailty of mens
life and having Certain goods Chattelsand Credite
in England did declare to have made nominatie
and appointe das he doth make nominatie
and appoint by these present his wel be¬
loved wise Mrs. Constantia
van Collen
to be Executrix of this his present last will for in
me diately afterthe deciase of him the said appe¬
aror to appear before the Right worship full ths
Judge of the prerogative Court of Canterburi or
his law full surrogate orang Competent Jidge in
this behalf and to pray and procure lettors of Ad.
ministration (witt will annerd::) of the goods
Chattels and Credits of him the said appe¬
aror standing at his dececise in England in
his onn name separately or Jointly withand
Person or Persons whosoever with power to the
sd. Mrs. Constantia van Collen
to substitute one or more attorneys in
her stead and plaue and again at he¬
