Haar huis, gelegen noordzijde Langedijkstraat, vermaakt zij aan Euwout Jansz Moijses, zoon van Barbera Euwoutsdr de Lange. De laatste zal de huur van dit huis levenslang mogen innen. Maritie Pietersdr de Lange, weduwe van Cornelis Claesz Perveen zal levenslang de huur van een huis, gelegen aan de zuidzijde van de Korte Midddelstraat, mogen innen. Gedurende vier jaar na haar overlijden mag Jan Aryensz van Dijk de huur ontvangen. Nicht Barbara Dorothea de Lange, dochter van testatrices' broer Jacobus Aryensz de Lange, mag de rente van goederen boven de 100e penning genieten levenslang. Tevens mag zij de huur van huis aan de Lange Dijkstraat na overlijden van Barbara Euwoutsdr de Lange of diens zoon innen. 4 jaar na overlijden van Maritie Pietersdr de Lange geniet nicht Barbara Dorothea de Lange de huurinkomsten levenslang van het huis Korte Middelstraat. Neef meester Jacobus Gerardus de Lange, zoon van testatrices' broer Jacob de Lange, krijgt haar goederen in eigendom. Tijdens leven van Barbara Dorothea de Lange blijven genoemde huizen onder toezicht van Jan Aryensz van Dijk. Hij zal ook huuropbrengsten aan gelegateerden verdelen. Verdere goederen blijven onder toezicht van Johannis Schuil te Kuik. De laatste 2 heren worden tot executeurs testamentair en voogden over testatrices' minderjarige kinderen benoemd.
