InhoudAnnetge Gijsbrechtsdr, vrouw van Claes de With, leertouwer, voorheen wonende te Schoonhoven en thans te Rotterdam, oud 58 jaar, verklaart op verzoek van Pieter Stevensz Groenevelt, burger van Schoonhoven, dat zij op woensdag na Pasen 1659, op de zolder van het huis van Cornelis Janss Keyser naast het bed zat waarop haar gewonde knecht Jan Harmanss, leertouwer, lag. Ook was aanwezig Cornelis Hendericxs Swart, de zwager van Cornelis Janss Keyser en kwamen er nog enige andere personen, waaronder Jacob Blomvliet. Toen hem, Jan Harmanss, werd gevraagd of laatstgenoemde degene was die hem had verwond, antwoordde hij: mij dunkt dat hij het is, maar hij was destijds anders gekleed. Toen hij op sterven lag, heeft Annetge Gijsbrechtsdr hem nogmaals naar de dader gevraagd, waarop hij antwoordde: het was een grote man met grauwe kleren aan.
