InhoudRobbert Dircx, waecker, en Anthony Jacobs van Gellicum, commissarissen of toesienders op de impost en acchijs van het Gemael, leggen een verklaring af op verzoek van Jan van Hetfroy, pachter van de impost op het gemael.Hedenmorgen vroeg hebben zij Jacob de molenaar van het Fortuyn, staande aan de westerse Hooft bij de Boomkens, met zijn knecht Joris betrapt vóór het huis van de heer Mesdach, met ieder een zak op de hals. Deze trokken direct hun mes en er ontstond een gevecht. Een zak kon naar het commissarishuysje van Robbert Dircx bij de molen worden gebracht. Hierin was goed vers gemalen tarwemeel. De andere zak werd in de Maese gegooid.waarvan zij nog verschillende reliquien konden bemachtigen.Zie ook akte 120
