InhoudAbraham Velthuysen, waachmeester, en Johannes Brugman, als gemachtigde van Adriaen van Bleyswyck, pachter van de impost op de Waach, leggen een verklaring af op verzoek van Pieter Span. Zij verklaren dat Span de impost voor de vijf balen meecrap en twee balen geel hout, die op 10 december 1661 zijn verscheept naar Breda, bestemd voor Marinus Struwe, laeckenverver aldaar, aan Abraham Velthuysen, als stadswaachmeester, heeft voldaan. Derhalve is het achterhalen van de impost op de betreffende partij meecrap en geel hout door genoemde Brugman op Jan Heffels, pachter van de Waach te Breda, abusievelijk geschied.
