InhoudDe notaris gaat namens Johannes van der Hutten, die een last heeft van Jan van Rijssel, naar de weduwe en erfgenamen van Daen Dircxsz Daene (Danen), die een machtiging hebben van de reders en eigenaren van het fluitschip de Regenbooch, waarop Gerrot Krot van Hamburg schipper is geweest, om aan te zeggen, dat zij binnen 2 x 24 uur het genoemde schip moeten overdragen aan Reynier van Bercken, koopman in Amsterdam, voor wiens rekening Jan van Rijssel het schip op 31 december 1658 op een openbare verkoping gekocht heeft.De weduwe en haar oudste zoon Dirck Danen horen de notaris aan en vragen een copie.
