Scheepsbouwmaatschappij gevestigd te Rotterdam, over te gaan tot de openbare verkoop, heden bij inzet en over acht dagen bij afslag, van een herenhuis plaatselijk getekend B nummer 171 met erf, schuur en tuin, met kippenhokken en loop, strekkende van de dijk tot de rivier, gelegen in de gemeente IJsselmonde aan de Oostpoldersendijk. De comparant verklaart dat deze verkoop zal geschieden onder de algemene voorwaarden, bepalingen en bedingen die zijn opgenomen in een proces verbaal van veiling en voorlopige toewijzing van 19 januari 1922 door mij notaris opgemaakt. Het perceel is het hoogst in bod gebracht door Johan Hendrik van Bommel, koopman wonende te Schiebroek op de som van 9950 gulden, verklarende dat als koper en mede schuldenaren te stellen de heren Cornelis Breukelman van beroep makelaar en Leendert van Bommel van beroep kantoorbediende, beiden wonende te Rotterdam.
