OmschrijvingLaurens Houben, van plan zijnde, om namens zijn kleinzoon, Geurt Willem Houben te retraheren drie percelen akkerland, gelegen op de Hoeff in het Winthaegerveld en verkocht door Joannes Brouns, verklaart hiermede te requireren notaris Van Cotzhuijsen zich te vervoegen ten huize van Joannes Brouns en aan hem uit te keren, hetgeen hij voor de stukken land betaald had.De notaris verklaart, dat hij met twee getuigen zich vervoegd heeft ten huijse van Joannes Brouns. Angezien hij niet thuis was heeft hij hem opgezocht op het land en hem de requisitie voor gelezen.Joannes Brouns verklaarde, dat hij de penningen wel wilde aannemen, maar dat hij de acte van dhr Swildens nog niet gekregen had, dat hij deze wilde gaan halen en bij u de penningen zal komen aannemen.
