OmschrijvingRequisant, Servaas Merkelbagh, verzoekt notaris van Cotzhuijsen op bezoek te gaan bij de weduwe van Frederick Joosten of haar tweede man Abraham Pijpers, en te vragen een akte over te leggen, waaruit blijkt, dat zij de eigenaar is van een stuk land, genoemd het Vierkant Stuk en haar als zij de akte kon voorwijzen het geld te betalen, dat zij voor het land betaald heeft.In zijn relaas verklaart de notaris, dat hij op bezoek geweest is bij Maria Catharina Voraetzen en haar tegenwoordige man Abraham Pijpers. Zij konden geen bewijs overleggen, waaruit blijkt, dat zij de eigenaar zijn van het stuk land en het geld niet konden accepteren.
