Voorts legateert hij: 1) 1600 gulden aan de kinderen van zijn overleden zuster Aaltje van den Berg en Johannes Theodorus Looman te Linschoten; 2) 1600 gulden aan de kinderen van zijn overleden broer Jan van den Berg; 3) 1600 gulden aan zijn zuster Catharina van den Berg, gehuwd met Jan Verkleij, te Rietveld; 4) 1600 gulden aan zijn zuster Maria van den Berg, gehuwd met Albertus Brant te Boskoop; 5) 1600 gulden aan zijn broer Cornelis van den Berg te Boskoop; 6) 1600 gulden aan zijn zuster Anna Maria van den Berg, weduwe van Arie Gerardus Degenkamp te Breukelen-Sint Pieters, en 7) een bed met beddengoed en een ladetafel alsmede 100 gulden aan zijn dienstbode Adriana Cornelia Pel, indien ze bij zijn overlijden nog in dienst is. Hij benoemt zijn broer Wilhelmus van den Berg , gehuwd met Geertruida Kromwijk, landbouwer te Linschoten, tot erfgenaam. Hij benoemt zijn broer Wilhelmus van den Berg voornoemd en en zijn neef Jan van den Berg, koopman en grondeigenaar te Montfoort, tot executeurs-testamentair."
