Twee percelen land op Heijcop worden voor 6500 gulden gekocht door Daniel Egbert Hendrik Diemont, zonder beroep te Oudenrijn, als gemachtigde van Jan Willem Adolf Diemont, zonder beroep te Oudenrijn. De vier percelen te De Meern worden voor 15.975 gulden gekocht door Karel Ferdinand Gustaaf van Woerden, medicinae doctor te Utrecht."
