- Geeltje van der Wal, de voornaam is slecht te lezen. In de akte van haar overlijden op 16-09-1827 te Dockum (afschrift akte ingeschreven in het overlijdenregister 1827 van Bolsward, pag. B84/1-28) wordt zij vemeld als Geeltje Gosses van der Wal. En ook in de akte van haar huwelijk met Jan Jacob Appeldoorn te Bolsward op 29-07-1827 (huwelijksregister Bolsward, akte 18) staat zij als Geeltje Gosses van der Wal. Als eerste voornaam is hier dus Geeltje aangehouden. De tweede voornaam is hier duidelijk Gossens.
