De kinderen krijgen het recht van representatie dat ook gegeven wordt aan de kinderen van Haje Lauwerents bij Jantje Jans. De gift in geval van kinderloos overlijden is respectievelijk 200 car gld en het lijfgoed naar de erfgenamen (mits de erfgenamen de doodskosten betalen), en de helft (van bruids goed) en het lijfgoed naar de erfgenamen sonder enige belasting van dooskosten.
