mogelijk zijn de ouders van deze Jan: Willem Hendriks van Spanje en Jannigje de Jong (*15-01-1705). Willem is 17-12-1766 te Woerden overleden. Zij kregen negen kinderen, waarvan Jan een na de jongste was, geboren op 22 febr.1740 te Woerden.
