Oordeel: op last van Gedeputeerde Staten wil Douue van Botnija de opzegging aan Leuck Bontes geeffectueerd hebben van het stuk landgenaamd de Muncke Akker behorend tot de patroonslanden van Westhem, vroeger door verwandeling van de gebruikers van Aene Tierx sate verkregen. Leuck Jelles middels Godefridum stelt geen Moncke akker te huren van de patroon in Westhem, zij gebruikt alleen de sate en landen die de erfgenamen van jft. Imck Popma toebehoren en verzoekt 4 weken tijd om hen te denunciëren aangezien zij in verscheidene jurisdicties zitten. Marge: Dr. Sijdts, Tiete en Aesge van Popma als erfgenamen van hun moeder Imck Popma en eigenaren van deze Muncke akker en zich voegend bij weduwe Leuck Jelles, verweren zich tegen deze opzegging door Douue van Botnija namens G.S. en willen in contradictario gehoord worden.
